Classmates From Elementary School

So, remember how I told you guys I was totally going to travel to an epic location for my next pictures?! Well, I kind of told the truth. It's a different place, right? Okay, no, I lied. These were taken in the front of the house, just a few steps away from the eeeevil (notice emphasis on the "e") garage door. But little did you know that if you tap tap on those bricks to the right, you can go to Diagon Alley. Then you can buy some owls and cauldrons and stuff. I have my own personal owl-buying shop, you know. Okay, now I'm just being the world's most hugest and biggest liar in the history of ever. I'm sorry. I'll stop.

So I was really surprised when I wore this that I was only wearing one new thing: these sandals that arrived in the mail todayyy! They are so awesome and what was even awesomer was how much they costed: as much as a $25.00 iTunes gift card (this isn't a trick comparison). I'm trying hard to wear things that I've had for a while so that I can save my new clothes for school. It's been hard, but it will be totally worth it. As worth it as eating lots of food is to a bear who's about to hibernate. That made no sense. Speaking of hibernation, I haven't used my waffle maker in a while and I think I'm going to make waffles for breakfast tomorrow. What do you guys want to eat right now?

i like that you caught your own miniature snake and covered it in silver and made a ring! and i'm jealous of your owl-buying shop. do you ship to nj because i'd love a white one. :)

but seriously i love this simple outfit! it's so classic chic with the subtle lace top with the blue skirt! i love saving new clothes for the fall as well but it's so difficult!! i always try them on in my room multiple times haha

I wonder what that shirt was used for if it was in the halloween bin. What costume, I mean? I like it.

I love the look of your house. It's pretty. Makes me imagine all kinds of pretty things inside of it.

The shoes are great! The lace and skirt make the outfit girly and the shoes punk it up.

Oh, if only I could live close to a portal to Diagon Alley. (nerdiest thing I've said in awhile? Sadly, probably not)

Sandals are really cute! And comparisons are a great way to justify purchases, I typically compare clothes to "how many pizzas."

I like the background :) i wish i could enter diagon alley like that. i was secretly really crushed when my hogwarts letter never came when i was 11.

and omga, i'm craving some quesadillas right now!

Even though the skirt is very simple, I love the shape it has. It has a really nice flow and looks very chic with this outfit. Sometimes simplicity is best!

Those sandals are so epicly wonderful! Haha I used to tap bricks in hopes of finding the entrance to Diagon Alley...somewhere in SF.

I LOVE THAT RING. Seriously...I love animal rings? It's really weird thing to be obsessed with but I have two owl rings, a butterfly...even a gecko. Yerr..and right now a waffle sounds so good but I'm afraid of the syrup because last time I had one the sticky maple mess got all over my new dress and I though I was going to cry but luckily the Chinese lady on Grand Street got it as good as new for me...for the cost of $10.75!
Okay I'm rambling now, and I love your shoes.

Lovely posts <3
And your ring inspired me to go out and catch me some bugs. I've been trying to save up my money for new clothes to mix in with my classic ones, and bug-hunting might just be the way to do it. (?)

ACH I can't believe I haven't commented on this yet. I love the outfit, I can't believe that lace top was in a costume bin, it's so in-trend now, haha. :D Wow, that was a lot of commas. They happen to be a good friend of mine.

Anyway, I don't think you emailed me? But that's totally fine. I'm more perturbed that you haven't done anything peculiar/silly for your blog yet! Come on, we take pictures of ourselves most days, hahaha. :D But I do have to admit, those shoes are killer cute, like a vampire bunny.

That snake ring and the shoes are amazing...well, your whole outfit is pretty nice :) And that location (where you shot your pics)...is gorgeous!

Um, I pretty much obsessed with your shoes. I love the whole look, but I had to scroll back up to take another look at it. I was staring at your sandals in every shot.

Also, to do with the title, I actually met my boyfriend in our 5th grade class. We didn't start dating until 15 years later, but that's where we were first introduced.

Epic location indeed :) I remember how excited I got when I realised that I could turn my camera sideways on the bbq so it could take pictures in a different location! This was before I magically found a tripod.

I love the texture of your shirt and the short, swingy skirt :) so cute!
