I Heard You Found a Wishing Well in the City


Yet another strange middle of the week post. I have very little time to speak --er, type-- today, but I will let you all know that I got the senior discount at the Rave theater with my brother and that I am very glad they are aware I am 55 or older. So, have any of you ever been mistaken for an age you are not, whether that mistake was younger or older than your actual age?

    Those tights are amazing and yes, you are looking quite good for your age.

    People have asked if my sister (who is 8 years younger than I) is my twin.
    It's just silly.

    And I often get offered kiddie menues when I go out to lunch with my friends. A college gal being mistaken for twelve and under is... depressing. :o

    I luuuurrrrv your tights! Also, if I lived near you, I would come steal those shoes right off your feet! ;) Some people think I'm really young because I'm so short, but since turning 21, I've only been ID'd once, so who knows how old I really look haha! You definitely do NOT look like a senior citizen though! :)

    i always get carded when i go to movie theaters! i hate being mistaken for being younger (but in a few years i'll be begging to people to think i'm younger than i actually am, haha).

    And wow, 55+? That's like, a huge mistake. I can go either way. I've was mistaken for both 25 and passed for 14 when I was 17. Odd.

    That black dress is so great. I am not a big fan of black but that is such a timeless silhouette. If I had an LBD I would want that to be it!

    this is such a cute chic look, i loove the volume of this dress and the way you wore it, thoe tights are absolute perfection, i can just imagine them with over the knee boots and a chi swing coat this fall.
