Red Licorice

This weekend, my madre and I went shopping. We were sad to find that there wasn't much, especially on the sales racks! Usually a fifth or so of the stores we go to are dedicated to sale items, and when we went, the sales items were reduced to a measely rack or two with the same item in just about forty colors! I shouldn't complain, though-- my poor mom did not find anything! I did find a t-shirt dress with a zebra on it and a silver skirt, both on sale for about $11.00 each.

Madre and I saw an, uh interesting (for lack of a better word) event take place that day, as well. I drove us there in Mr. Buggabug (he's 'my' beetle bug!) and when we were at a stoplight, we looked over only to see a repulsive sight: a guy had his window rolled all the way down, and his girlfriend was uh, using her hands to.. hmm, yeah, I think you all can piece that together! People are so indecent! It was sort of hilarious, though. We should have winked at them and asked to join, bahahaha, no that would be frightening, because he would probably accept-- oh no! It's not like we actually saw anything; even if we were to, Mom and I aren't avid weenie watchers. We prefer talking in British to each other whilst whispering so secretly about people who should be on What Not to Wear.

I got lots of compliments on my shoes today, and many people attempted to describe what they looked like. Twizzlers, unicorns, narwhales, Ariel from the Little Mermaid, and "that iguana thing that puffs up and was on Holes and goes hisssssss" were the interpretations I received. I got a laugh out of the lizard one!

Random first and for most, I have to say that I love red licorice. It always last so long!

And your outfit is very chic - you can't go wrong with the red, black, and whiet combo! + lobster earrings = too cute!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love your outfit! Red shoes always get the most comments, I've found. I'm surprised you didn't get Dorothy as well!

My mom and I constantly pretend we are on What Not To Wear and go around quietly critiquing everyone's outfits. Hehe.

Photo credit to: iClipArt.com. Here's a nursing assistant sample test to aid you in completing the cna exam! Because there are many grant programs available through public and private donations, narrowing down the grants will be key to your success. This means that they will eventually need someone to help take care of them, which is where CNAs come in.
